Eurosommelier.de provides professional services including: • Sommelier education and certification programs • Gastronomy and hospitality consulting • Wine tastings and wine travel experiences • Staff training and development • Wine cellar planning and wine list consulting All services are subject to availability and specific terms outlined in individual agreements or course descriptions.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using this website, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement for wine-related activities in your country of residence.

3. Bookings and Payment

Bookings must be made through our website, by email, or by direct contact. Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, are provided at the time of booking. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refund eligibility is as follows: • 100% refund for cancellations at least 30 days before the course or service begins • 50% refund for cancellations 14–29 days before the start date • No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before the start date or in case of no-show We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, and branding on eurosommelier.de are the intellectual property of Umberto Galli Zugaro or his partners. Use, reproduction, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
