In February 2016, I took over first the management of the Berlin branch of the European School for Sommeliers, and later the general representation for Germany. I dedicated myself fully to the further development of our training programs and seminars, including wine tastings and samplings of gourmet products from various countries. My motivation was driven by the ambition to contribute to the flourishing of international wine gastronomy culture, with particular attention to preserving and passing on fine gastronomic traditions. My passion has led me to train sommeliers in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, experiencing the international nature of the world of wine.
